    DK CLEEAN-40 is a heavy duty alkaline soak cleaner designed for large variety of soils, oils, welding scales, greases & buffing residues, carbonaceous deposit are easily removed. It can operate at the temperature 50-70 c & concentration 50-80 gm/l

    DK CLEAN-50

    DK CLEAN -50 is a multipurpose, highly efficient, Electrocleaner designed for Anodic cleaning for the ferrous & non ferrous metals,it operate over a wide Current Density range without risk of burning & eatching.Also inhibited to prevent attack on die casting & minimize darkening.

    DK CLEAN -32

    DK CLEAN-32 is a liquid Acidic in nature cold soak cleaner designed for large variety of oils, welding scales, harding scales & mild derusting. It can operate at room temperature & having concntration 10- 20 %.


    ACID ZINC PLATING

    DST ACD ZN 380 BRIGHTNER is a high speed Chloride Zinc process that produce Brilliant ,Leveld, Ductile Zinc deposits & high Current Capacity for Burn free deposits. Wide Current Density from 2 ASF to 50 ASF . It is also used for high speed contionus Strip & Wire plating process. It can works high temperature & theremely stable up to 50 C .It have power to quick & haze free deposits for shorter time.. It is ideal for Barrel & Rack Plating. Deposits readily accepts Blue ,Bright ,Yellow passivations.








    DST ALKALINE ZINC 215

    DST ALKALINE ZINC 215 is an Environmental Friendly, Alkaline Cyanide free Zinc plating process. It produce Extremely Ductile, stable Brightener system that produces Brilliant & Bright Zinc deposits. It has excellent LCD distribution ,Throwing & Covering power .It is suitable for both Rack & Barrel Plating process.






    ALKALINE ZINC IRON PLATING

    Our Zinc Iron advantage of applying a zinc-iron layer to a substrate is helping to increase corrosion resistance. Since zinc has a high resistance, by alloying zinc and iron to plate an item, you are increasing its resistance between 25 and 50%. At the same time, zinc-iron plating provides the substrate layer with other benefits, which include:
    Solid weldability,Good ductility,Excellent surface appearance,Even distribution over even edged and irregular components,Superior lubricity High level of hardness,480+ hours.




    ALKALINE ZINC NICKEL PLATING

    ALKALINE ZINC NICKEL 500 is a cyanide free, Alkaline electrolyte of Zinc Nickel alloy with a Nickel content of 10-15 % . It produce Bright , Ductile deposits that is evenly distributed at LCD, MID & High Current Density. It have excellent throwing & covering power& have very high corrosion resistance. This deposit process accept Silver, Blue & Black passivation.




    COPPER PLATING

    Our DST Copper Cynanide has been perceived as faster to deposit, modern methods have allowed alkaline non-cyanide copper to use higher current densities, which have greatly reduced the difference in processing time.

    ACID TIN PLATING

    BRIGHT ACID TIN PLATING PROCESS ACID TIN Plating gives high levelling, bright Acid Tin process that produced Brilliant electrodeposits exhibiting excellent solderability & corrosion resistance. The process yields easily solderable deposits & can be used in both Rack & Barrel plating. The electrolyte is highly stable & extremly simple to control.





    NICKEL PLATING

    HIGH PERFORMANCE BRIGHT NICKEL PROCESS is a Full Bright High Levelled deposits evean at low Current Density & Extremly good Covring Power. It have Ductile, Low Stress deposits. Good undercoat for Brass , silver, Gold etc. It have two components system Brightener & Additive is Bright Nickel plating process that is suitable for wide range of applications.




    WHITE BRONZE & YELLOW BRONZE

    It offers the same bright white finish as plated alloys that contain nickel, silver, or rhodium. It produces smooth, low friction surfaces with non-porous characteristics and is also non-magnetic. White Bronze is ideal for soldering applications as it is lead-free, can be soldered with or without flux, and offers excellent leveling characteristics. The most important factor for tri-metal alloys in electroplating is the ability to control the % alloy mixture to achieve specific performance characteristics and properties

Its natural antimicrobial characteristics make it an excellent choice when used in decorative jewelry applications. Silver plating is used in the manufacture of silverware (trays, cutlery), gift items, home ornaments and more. It may also be used for plating non-metallic materials (such as shell ornaments), after they have been metallized with copper or silver-based paint and plated with an acid copper underlayer.

    ELECTROLESS NICKEL

    Electroless Nickel Plating Nickel electroplating is the chemical deposition of a nickel-metal onto a target metal or plastic surface. It is an auto-catalytic reduction, meaning that the necessary chemical reactions take place automatically in the chemical bath in which the substrate is submerged for coating. “Electroless” means that the deposition of metal ions onto the substrate occurs without the addition of electricity to the chemical bath, a necessity for electroplating processes. Post-plating, all coated products are heat-treated to complete the auto-catalytic process. Heat treating sets the crystalline structure of the nickel, hardening it and creating a superior quality coating. Temperatures and times are carefully adjusted based on the substrate material.


    TRIVALENT PASSIVATION

    TRIVALENT YELLOW 3023

    TRIVALENT YELLOW 3023 is Specially formulated Concentrated liquid Solution which meets more than 200 + White Rust when applied with SUPER COAT 2020. It produce a Clear/Iridescent, thick film , passivation layer on Zinc deposits. Its ability to form thick film at low & high operating temperature. It is ideal for both Rack & Barrel Process like Acid Zinc, Alkaline Zinc & Zinc Alloy Plating.

    TRIVALENT BLUE PASSIVATION

    TRI BLUE – 150 TRI BLUE -150 is a Trivalent Blue passivation having Pleasing Blue Bright Finish. It is cost effective and meets Automotive requirements. When Correctly used produce a Finish that will give 180 + White Rust when it applied with Super Coat 2020.

    TRIVALENT BLACK PASSIVATION

    TRI BLACK SGL 450 TRI BLACK SGL 450 is a new Trivalent, Silver Free Black passivation and process providing a Unifrom , jet Black Conversion coating on Alkaline zinc plating. It is a single concentrated liquid which can be used Rack and Barrel process. It is a Cost effective and meets Automotive requirements, while using Black Coat 506 it achive 168+ white Rust.

    ACID INHIBITOR

    INIHIBITOR-55 Hydrochloric Acid Inhibitor is foaming liquid acid inhibitor designed to inhibit the attack of Hydrochloric Acid on Iron , steel , Copper & Brass, , during cleaning and pickling process. Its inhibitors have been proven superior to other brands in field trials, whether hydrochloric or sulphuric pickling; continuous, push-pull lines or batch. It fulfils all the requirements of a good pickling inhibitor: descaling, high efficiency, durability, rinsability, reduced acid consumption, fume reduction ad uniformly pickled surfaces.
